The room was air-conditioned and I had an amazing and delicious breakfast. The staffs were lovely & kind. The hotel was in a great location, close to the airport. Besides, it was close to seafood restaurants, and Mykhe beach and 5 minutes to get to the town.

This hotel had a lovely staff, a comfortable atmosphere, delicious and fresh food, and I enjoyed a restful stay during my three nights here.

Double room with an amazing view was the best. We had a delicious breakfast with western food and nice view, for example in their restaurant. The service was nice, totally satisfied.

Good choice for a 7-night stay. Though hotel has a favourable location, it's based on a crowded street. Bar Burger Oi was located 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel featured spacious and beautifully designed rooms with stunning views. the staff was always friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Its prime location near the sea was fantastic, and being close to seafood restaurants and the iconic Golden Dragon Bridge was a real highlight. I enjoyed a wonderful 5-night stay here.

The location is great, just a short 10-15 minute walk from Southover Grange Gardens. the room is nicely furnished, with a multi-channel TV, a cozy seating area, and a writing desk. 😊.

The hotel is situated perfectly directly across from the beach, providing magnificent views of the South China Sea. the spacious and clean rooms offer excellent facilities with a choice of luxurious bedding and modern bathrooms, providing guests with a comfortable stay. the staff provide excellent customer service and are attentive to guests' needs. the breakfast buffet is impressive with outstanding food choices that cater to all.

The hotel spa and massage service is disappointing, with masseurs lacking the required knowledge needed to provide a quality treatment.

Had an amazing stay with my family. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had a great view. Loved the outdoor pool, which was very relaxing. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. The hotel is located near popular attractions and restaurants to explore.

The road crossing to the beach was a bit challenging. We had to be careful crossing due to the heavy traffic.

We got great value for our money with a spacious room and stunning beach views. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from quick and efficient check-in to their genuine care for our needs. Highly recommend this hotel.

Food for breakfast could have been better with more variety for vegan options.

I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of breakfast options at Grand Tourane Hotel. The Korean marts nearby were also a convenient plus.

Just had an amazing Easter weekend at a hotel in Vietnam. Loved the stunning ocean and pool views from my Premier Ocean View room. the breakfast options were fab with lots to choose from. the view from the restaurant was also beautiful, particularly in the morning sun. I especially enjoyed seeking recommendations from the friendly staff who were always willing to help.

The dated room decor, which could be improved. the magnificent surroundings and fantastic service provided by the staff more than made up for it.

the Spa and wellness center with full body massage and beauty treatments provided a perfect way to unwind after a fun-filled day. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace with sun loungers provided a perfect escape, with easy beach access. Breakfast was delectable with special diet menus satisfying one's taste.

The only minor issue I experienced was the entertainment was a bit too loud at night, which made sleeping a bit difficult. this was easily remedied by asking the hotel staff to turn it down.
